How can I order Sobay maps?
You may order directly from our web site using our secure server or via fax or mail. Shipping charges are calculated on an individual basis for each order, depending on items purchased and destination. Domestic shipping charges start at $9.50, and our maps are shipped rolled.

What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note that the charges will appear on your bill under the merchant "WriteCraft Enterprises". You may also make payment by check or money order (drawn in U.S. funds) by mail. Please note: when sending payment in the form of check or money order, make payable to WriteCraft Enterprises, NOT Sobay Maps.

Do you charge sales tax?
Washington State residents must add local Sales Tax to their orders. Sales Tax will automatically be added to all orders shipped to a Washington State address. No sales tax is due on orders shipped to destinations outside of Washington State.

What shipping options do you offer?
Unless otherwise requested, all domestic orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail (2 to 9 days). If you have special shipping needs, or would like your order shipped via another carrier, please include instructions with your order.
Standard shipping is added automatically domestic orders. If you wish to use a different shipping method, we will calculate the shipping and handling costs after we receive your order.
Our Standard Domestic Shipping is USPS Media Mail (2 to 9 days). Minimum shipping and handling charges are $9.50 for up to 2 maps, adding $4.75 for each additional map.
If you need your maps sooner, choose 'Other shipping' and put your shipping preference in the notes field. If you do not have a preference, we will ship your order by USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 days). We will charge the actual shipping fees plus a $5.25 handling charge for each tube shipped.
For International Shipping, we use USPS Priority Mail, using actual shipping fees plus a $9.50 handling charge for each tube shipped.
Up to 3 paper maps or 2 laminated maps will fit in a tube when rolled together.

What is your return policy?
We guarantee your satisfaction on every map we sell. We offer a seven-day return privilege on every item we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with any part of your purchase from SobayMaps.com you may return it within seven days of receipt for a complete refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
Damaged maps may not be returned, particularly those damaged by the customer or while mounting, framing or hanging the maps.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Please inspect your order before discarding the packaging materials. If you are displeased with an item for any reason you may return it for a complete refund of the purchase price or exchange it for another item. To expedite your refund, we ask that you 1) notify us within three days of receipt that you are making a return, and 2) return the item within seven days properly insured in its original packaging. Please package your return securely and include a note with your name, address, phone number and instructions for refund or exchange.
